Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find events, read their details and reach the seller easily. The Site follows the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and its Service Accessibility Regulations (2013), and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.

2. What we have done

  • The Site works in Arabic (right to left) and English, and each page declares its language.
  • The whole Site can be used with a keyboard, with a clear focus outline.
  • Images that carry information have alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Forms have a clear label for every field and readable error messages.
  • Text and background colours have enough contrast, and the Site works on phones, computers and at 200% zoom.
  • The Site respects the device’s “reduce motion” setting.

3. Accessibility menu

Every page has an “Accessibility” button on the side of the screen. It lets you make text bigger or smaller, turn on high contrast, highlight links, choose a readable font and stop animations. Your settings are saved in your browser.

4. Known limits

Event posters and ticket pages come from organizers and sellers and may not be fully accessible. “Buy tickets” takes you to the seller’s site, which is the seller’s responsibility.

5. Found a problem?

If you meet an accessibility problem, or need event information in another way, send us a message with the form below. Tell us the page, the problem and how you prefer to be contacted, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We use your email only to reply. Details in the Privacy.
